Small tree that inhabits arid zones. Forms groves and blooms yellow. Endures short periods of frost. Very characteristic of the northern zone of Chile, although it also adapts well in Santiago. Dense trunk and edible fruit.
Habitat
Desert areas of northern Chile and Argentina.
